1. Eligibility for Returns
- Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked
- Incorrect product delivered
- Return request raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased under special offers or clearance sales
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us with order details and issue description
- Attach clear images/videos of the product
- Our team will verify and approve the request
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
5. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund,
depending on product availability.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be covered by us only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
